"Lake Tuscaloosa Retreat" is a luxurious 2500+ Square foot home located on Lake Tuscaloosa. With 5 Bedrooms (including the Bunkroom) & 4 Full Baths this home can easily accommodate up to 15 people comfortably. With top notch amenities ranging from a putting green to a custom built dining table to outdoor games to indoor entertainment (i.e., Nintendo 64) there is truly something for the entire family!

POOL = Open from May-October (*Subject to change based on weather so please message us before booking if you have a question about it.)

Coffee = Keurig (Does not have the carafe option)

NO LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC AFTER 10 PM. We have elderly neighbors!

Pet Policy:
-$150 Flat Fee
-Dogs are allowed.
-3 Dog Maximum (If more than 2 then message host; sometimes we may allow 3.)
-Dogs must be crate trained (Potty trained so they know to use the bathroom OUTSIDE and in NO COMMON AREA where our next guest could easily step in the poop.)
-Guest agrees to "Scoop the Poop" (See Definition below)
*If the guest's dog poops in any general/common area on the premises where our next guest could easily step in it, then the guest agrees to "scoop the poop" via disposing of the poop so it no longer resides in a general/common area on the premises. i.e., toss the poop in the wooded areas away from the home or put it in a garbage can.
-Dog breeds not allowed (per our insurance policy): Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Press Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed.

If you cancel, then the following is NOT REFUNDABLE:
-$50 Admin Fee (if you are booking on AirBnb or VRBO)
-3% of the Amount Paid (We incur a 3% Card Fee that we are unable to get back.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
